When we began...

Townsend Creations Inc. started in 2007... or was it 2008? Anyway...

We are a New Mexico corporation with offices in Farmington, NM.  Since we are in the hub of the Four Corners area we serve business in surrounding cities like Durango Colorado, Cortez Colorado, Pagosa Springs Colorado, Aztec New Mexico, Bloomfield New Mexico, and Ship Rock New Mexico.

Our Purpose

We are focused on helping grow your business.  We often use the phrase "Guaranteed Results Marketing" to describe our approach to helping grow your business. That's our unofficial tagline "Guaranteed Results Marketing".  Officially we don't have a tag line.  maybe because we don't want to be put in a box. Anyway...

I know the phrase "Guaranteed Results" sounds too good to be true, but it's not.  It's just a matter of doing business smarter.  Before I tell you about how we can help you get guaranteed results and business growth...

We are not an Advertising Agency

Marketing is closely related to advertising. Advertising can be very costly if you aren't careful. We are not an advertising firm.  I don't want to sell you on advertising.  I want to help your business grow. And we do that with our Guaranteed Results Marketing system.

Marketing was born from the advertising agencies. As Ad agencies tried to do better for their clients they started testing and measuring all sorts of things between the business and the end customer... and that's how marketing was born.  This is why many advertising sales people have the title "Marketing Consultant" or "Advertising Consultant". 

The way to tell if your consultant is in Advertising or Marketing is to ask how they plan on tracking results. Marketing always measures.

Techinically you could call me a Marketing Consultant.  I prefer the term Business Growth Ninja... but that's not a widely searched term according to Google.

The Guaranteed Results Marketing System

If you don't measure your business you won't be able to make effective changes to grow your business.  By testing your business and measuring the results we can quickly find out what works best and what's most profitable for you.

But we don't exactly have to start testing from scratch either...

We perform constant and ongoing research and education.  This helps us to quicly springboard your business success.  We take the information on what we know generally works well for businesses and immediately apply those principles to your business.

Measuring can be VERY difficult, but it's not impossible.
