Fixed Prices
I operate on what's called a Fixed Price Agreement (FPA). Each project is quoted one fixed price. There are never any hidden fees. Although the fees above are starting prices and I don't bicker about how many pages are in the website. It's easy to add pages to a website. It's hard to come up with the design. Once you have the basic design it's easy to add additional page content. People who charge you a "per page" fee are generally just trying to squeeze you for money. This is why I don't charge a per page fee and stick with fixed prices.

Some additional fees may apply in rare situations, like if the website is over 15 pages or includes an online store. These sorts of things require extensively more work. Such circumstances are rare and don't apply to most businesses. Adding an individual html page may be easy, but adding the content, formatting it properly, and including basic SEO techniques all require time.

Website Hosting
If you want me to host your website I currently offer website hosting to my clients at $5 per month on a 1 year contract basis ($60 per year, payment in advance required, no refunds). If you host your website elsewhere you can expect to pay roughly $10 per month. 

Autoresponder / Name grab forms
I highly encourage using an autoresponder service to keep your email marketing campaigns organized. I offer autoresponder management and weekly broadcast messages for $100 per month (some restrictions apply). If you sign up for a basic autoresponder service the fees are approximately $20 per month (for up to 500 subscribers) with you managing the account, creating the lists, and generating the html code. 

Quarterly Website Analysis
Every 3 months it's highly recommended you revisit your website traffic statistics and analyze your efforts to enhance your website visitors experience. A website should be making you money - not costing you money. I offer to all my clients a 3 month review of their website. We sit down and discuss your website traffic statistics to help you understand what your website visitors are looking for. With proper marketing we can This service is $250 per quarter. 

SEO Upgrade
I offer a complete SEO upgrade to any website for $500. This includes key word research to find out what people are searching for online and key word placement on your website which includes: keyword density, page names, meta tags, page descriptions, image descriptions, and H tags. Payment must be made in full in advance. No fees are refunded if the project is canceled. 

Why don't I refund fees for canceled projects?
For 2 reasons: (1) Because I offer a full consultation up front. If you decide to go ahead with a project, I expect you to keep the agreement. (2) Chances are I've put a lot of consulting, research, and work into the project by this time. Any down payment is forfeited by you to help compensate me for my time and expenses.
